The berries ferment in a concrete vessel for about 4 weeks with occasional stirring for better extraction.
Aging in old oak barrels of 600l for 20 months and in concrete tulip-shaped containers. Non-filtered wine.
Ruby red color. A refreshing, elegant and full-bodied wine with a note of cherries, raspberries and a touch of dark chocolate and pepper.
