The fermentation process with maceration is carried out in a concrete vessel for about 4 weeks with occasional stirring for better extraction.
Aging in French oak for 12-15 months.
Bright red color. Spicy aromas of coffee and cinnamon with a touch of cherries and plums. An elegant wine with nice gentle, pleasant tannins.
