The berries ferment in a concrete vessel for about 4 weeks with occasional stirring for better extraction.
Aging in old French oak for 20 months. Non-filtered wine.
Ruby red color. Refreshing, medium-bodied mineral wine with a note of black currant and spicy aromas.
Alk 16%, PH 3,77, acidity 4,13 g/l
