The berries are fermented in a concrete vessel for 3-4 weeks with occasional stirring for better extraction.
Aging in French oak for 12-16 months.
Ruby red color. The aroma is a mix of flowers and red fruit. An elegant wine with a pleasant minerality.
Alk 14%, PH 3,75, acidity 6,5 g/l
