25-50 year old vineyard. Predominantly limestone soil.
Controlled fermentation and maceration from 25 to 35 days in stainless steel tanks. Aging in French oak for 12-15 months, half in the new one, half in the used wooden barrel.
Red-purple wine with a complex aroma obtained by aging. The tannins are strong, long and silky.
Alk 14%, PH 3,7, Acidity4,9 g/l
