Aging on participate and yeast in the same barrels for 12-14 months.
Golden yellow color. Aromas of ripe yellow fruit with notes of toasted bread, cinnamon, and vanilla. An elegant and rich wine.
Alk 14 % vol, pH 3,65, acidity 5,5 g/L
