Description
Soil: The soil is predominantly limestone
Vinification: Short cold maceration, one “Pigage” per day during alcoholic fermentation, then “remontage” for gentle extraction. Aged in French oak for 16 months, 20% of the barrels are new, long and lightly toasted, made from French oak from the Alier and Jupilles forests.
