The berries ferment in a concrete vessel for 3-4 weeks with occasional stirring for better extraction.
Aging in French oak for 12-14 months – 10% of the total amount in new oak.
Ruby red color. The aroma is a mix of spices and purple berries. Elegant wine with a soft tannin structure.
