Description
Wineyard is more than 100 years old; sandy soil and hand harvested.
The berries ferment in a concrete vessel for about 4 weeks with occasional stirring for better extraction.
Aging in old oak barrels of 600 l for 18 months. Non-filtered wine.
Ruby red color. A refreshing wine with a medium full body and a note of red berries, and earthy tones.
Alk 15,6 %, PH 3,66, acidity 4,83 g/l
