Description
Soil: A combination of limestone and shale with clay on the surface layer.
Vinification: Maceration for about 40 days, then fermentation is completed with our own yeasts, the wine is aged for about 18 months in French oak barrels with a capacity of 500L.
Sensory and Organoleptic: The wine has a dark red color with an orange glow, it is characterized by aromas of forest fruit, with mild tones of wood and spices like vanilla. Powerful and long finish with polished tannins and pleasant acids.
