Description
Terrain: Rolling hills of sandy granite on volcanic soil not far from the sea.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts and controlled temperature. After fermentation, the entire amount together with the yeasts is aged for about 18 months in French oak barrels.
Sensory and Organoleptic: Unfiltered wine with intense red color and complex bouquet. The wine is full of different aromas, starting with red fruit, coffee and cocoa, spices and leather. A full-bodied wine with soft tannins.
