Description
Soil: Volcanic, mostly rocky soil. The vineyards are over 20 years old.
Vinification: Fermentation and maceration with malolactic acid in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aging for about 14 months – partly in larger barrels and partly in oak barriques.
Sensory and Organoleptic: Wine of intense red color with refined spicy aromas and a hint of berries. An elegant, medium-bodied wine with crisp tannins.
