Description

Vinification: Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After that, the wine ages in large 500L barrels for more than a year.
Sensory and Organoleptic: Unfiltered purple red wine with aroma of violet fruit. A refreshing full-bodied wine with lively tannins.
