Description
Soil: Mostly sandy with good permeability
Vinification: Fermentation of ½ quantity in stainless steel tanks, and the rest in used oak barrels. After the finished fermentation, the entire amount is cupped and placed in a ceramic vessel for aging and clarification.
Sensory and Organoleptic: Unfiltered yellow wine with an orange glow. A complex structured wine with the aroma of peach and orange peel and fine acids.
Parameters: Alk 13.2 % vol, PH 3.23 Acidity 6.6 g/L
