Spontaneous fermentation and maceration last 20-30 days. After finishing the malolactic in a stainless steel vessel, the resulting varietal wine is aged in a wooden vessel.
The wine matures in a barrel of 500 liters of Serbian oak for 20 months, and after that for another 6 months in the bottle.
Wine of red ruby with exceptional fruitiness and complex aromas with striking fragrant tones of matured fruit. Elegant wine with soft and juicy tannins.
