Description
The southern exposure of the vineyard. The land is rich in clay and limestone. The vine is 35 years old.
The fermentation process with maceration is carried out in a concrete vessel for about 4 weeks with occasional stirring for better extraction.
Aging in French oak 16-18 months – 20 to 30% aging in new oak.
Intense red ruby color. Spicy notes with the aroma of violet, licorice, and red berries. Wine that breathes with elegance.
Alk 13,65 % vol, pH 3,57, acidity 7,6 g/L
