Dear customers, we would like to inform you that according to the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 62/2014), purchases through our sales website www.millesime.rs are considered distance sales.

The Law in the case of distance selling establishes the right of the buyer, who is considered a consumer (natural person who buys the product to meet their individual needs) to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of delivery of the product to him/her. The buyer has the right not to state the reason for withdrawal.

The statement of withdrawal from the contract has legal effect from the day you submit it to us. You can download the statement of withdrawal here.
In case of withdrawal, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product if he wishes so. The price is returned to the buyer upon receipt of the product, and after it is determined that the product has not been used and that it is without any visible damage.

The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, with a latest deadline of 14 days from sending the statement of withdrawal. If the 14-day period expires, you do not have the option to return the product.
When returning the product, it is obligatory to return the product in question in a correct and unused condition, where you should also enclose the invoice-delivery note that you previously received with the purchase order.

Upon receipt of the product, we will determine whether the product is in good condition. The buyer is responsible for defects or damage to the product that are the result of inadequate handling of the product, ie. the buyer is solely responsible for the impaired value of the product resulting from the handling of the goods in an inadequate manner. If it is determined that the product was damaged by the fault of the buyer, the refund of the price will be refused and the product will be returned to him at his expense.
Millesime is obliged to return to the consumer without delay the amount paid by the buyer under the contract, and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal, or after receipt of the product.

The costs of returning the goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a product that he did not order or a product that is not for consumption/use.
