Description
Fermentation and maceration on the skins for 40 days. Ageing 36 months in 500-liter French oak, 80% new, 20% used and staying 6 months in bottle after bottling.
Red wine with metallic and stony aromas, with a sleek undertone of fresh sage, before evolving into vanilla and cherries. On the palate, the balance between cherry and stony herbaceousness persists, but the ending is sweet, with a swirl of vanilla and milk chocolate creating an almost creamy texture .
