25-50 year old vineyard. Predominantly limestone soil.
Controlled fermentation and maceration from 25 to 35 days in large wooden barrels of 600L and barrels of 225L. Aging in that same French oak for about 20 months.
Full-bodied wine of dark red color, complex structure, and juicy aged tannins.
Alk 14,5%, PH 3,8 , acidity 5,5 g/l
