Description
Vinification: The wine is fermented in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank for 15 – 18 days at 13 – 15° C. Sur lie aging for 8 months in the tank
Bottle aging minimum for six months.
Wine analysis: Alcohol 13%, pH 3.2, TA 7 g/l, residual sugar: 1.1 g/l
Annual production: 6.500 pcs.
Gray Burgundy – a temperamental and juicy wine with a strong character. Very attractive fruit and floral flavors here, with nectarine, kumquat, apple, and pear juiciness on the palate. A guiding streak of citrus and stony minerality creating a tempting tension as well as a long and elegant finish, with some salt and grapefruit zest notes echo. Dynamic, fresh, and juicy Pinot Gris with a strong seal of terroir.
