Vinifikacija: Kratka hladna maceracija, jedan “Pigage” dnevno tokom trajanja alkoholne fermentacije zatim “remontage” zbog nežne ekstrakcije. Aged in French oak for 16 months, 20% of the barrels are new, long and lightly toasted, made from French oak from the Alier and Jupilles forests.
