The fermentation process with maceration takes place in a stainless steel tank at a temperature of 25-30 C, 15 -20 days.
Aging in French oak for 16-18 months.
Ruby red color. The aroma is a mix of spices and red fruit with a touch of black olives and violets. An elegant wine with exceptional minerality.
