Vinification and aging: Traditional method, secondary fermentation in the bottle and aging for a period of 6 years for fullness and perfect balance.
Sensory and organoleptic characteristics: he wine is golden yellow in color with an intense sheen and exceptional freshness. Predominantly fruity aromas with hints of dried apricot and pineapple.
