Description
Soil: Rolling hills of sandy granite on volcanic soil near the sea.
Vinification: Fermentation with natural yeasts at controlled temperature. After fermentation, the entire quantity, along with the yeast, ages for about 6 months in French oak barrels.
Sensory and organoleptic characteristics: Wine of light yellow color with golden hues. It abounds with various aromas, starting with an aromatic intensity of citrus, followed by butter, vanilla, and hazelnut notes, with hints of honey and chamomile, completing the complex bouquet.
