Description
Soil: Sandy soil on volcanic soil not far from the sea.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging on lees for 5 months. 1/3 of the entire quantity is aged for about 3 months in French oak barrels.
Sensory and Organoleptic: Unfiltered wine with a golden yellow color and beautiful citrus and herbal notes with the aroma of field flowers. Medium-bodied wine with good acidity and minerality.
