Fermentation and maceration on the skins for 40 days. Ageing 36 months in 500-liter French oak, 1/3 new, 2/3 used and staying 6 months in bottle after bottling
Red wine with aromas of cedar and baked plum. It’s conmplex wine, with mature black plum, licorice and espresso flavors set against tightly knit tannins.
