Description
Fermented at a lower temperature, 2/3 of the amount in wooden vessels, and 1/3 in stainless steel vessels. Aging in barrique for 12 months.
Red wine, predominantly fruity. Aromas of violet, cherry, blackberry and licorice appear on the nose. On the palate, spices and notes of black fruit jam with pleasant silky tannins.
