Terraced vineyards with southern exposure on Meal Hill.
The fermentation process with maceration is carried out in a concrete vessel for about 4 weeks with occasional stirring for better extraction.
Aging in French oak for 16-18 months – 30% to 50% of the total amount is aged in new oak.
Intense red ruby color. The aroma is a mix of spices, red fruit, and leather. A robust full-bodied wine with a good tannin structure.
Alk 15% vol, PH 3,93, acidity 5,9 g/L
