Description
Soil: Clay and sandy soil that lies on limestone and thus retains moisture.
Vinification: Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and natural yeasts. After that, 1/3 of the wine ages in new French oak barrels for about 12 months.
Sensory and Organoleptic: Wine of intense red color with refined spicy aromas and a hint of berry fruit and pomegranate. Full bodied with velvety tannins.
