Description
Soil: Volcanic, mostly rocky soil. The vineyards are over 20 years old.
Vinification: Fermentation at a controlled temperature with minimal interventions. Aging for about 10 months with frequent mixing and another 5 months without additional interventions.
Sensory and Organoleptic: Golden yellow wine, mineral, refreshing with citrus and spicy aromas.
