Description
Vinification: Fermentation and maceration last about 20 days at a controlled temperature of 25 – 28 C. After the completion of the maloclattic in stainless steel vessels, 50% of the obtained wine matures in oak, while the rest remains in stainless steel.
Soil: Vertisol (smonica), deep initial horizon (o-a) rich in organic matter; Medium texture, 30% clay.
Wine analysis: Alcohol 14%, pH 3.5, total acids 5.2 g/l
A wine with a distinct fruity bouquet and a strong varietal character. Striking aromatic tones of ripe cherries, strawberries and raspberries, permeated with discreet notes of vanilla, continue on the palate as a strong wave of fruity freshness. The texture is smooth, the tannins are gentle. In the dynamic finish of the taste, fruit aromas are complemented by tones of winter pear, pepper and chocolate. The wine is drinkable and juicy, with pronounced elegance of fruity aromas and flavors.
