Description
Soil: Volcanic, mostly rocky soil. The vineyards are over 20 years old.
Vinification: Fermentation at controlled temperature with natural yeasts. 10% of the quantity is fermented in wooden vessels. Aging for about 8 months on lees with frequent mixing.
Sensory and organoleptic: Golden yellow wine, mineral, refreshing with fruity and herbal aromas. An elegant wine with a creamy structure and crisp acidity.
