Description

Soil: Sandy loose soil with a lot of clay.

Vinification: Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine ages in used oak barrels.

Sensory and Organoleptic: Unfiltered wine of dark red color with complex aromatics that is predominantly rich in red fruits and spices. A sophisticated wine with a complex bouquet and velvety tannins
